How passes work
- Pay once
- A pass covers a month or a year from the day it starts. Buy one early and it starts when your current one ends, so you never lose a day.
- A reminder, then nothing
- We email you 3 days before a pass ends, with a one-tap link. If you do nothing, it simply ends and your progress stays saved.
- The founding price
- The first 100 members pay AED 199 a year instead of AED 299, and keep that price whenever they renew within 30 days of a pass ending.
- Refunds
- Ask within 14 days of buying a pass and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
Questions
Will I be charged automatically?
No. A pass is paid once and never renews on its own. 3 days before yours ends, we'll send a reminder with a one-tap link, in case you'd like to keep going.
What is the Founding pass?
The year for our first 100 members: AED 199 instead of AED 299, and the same price every year after, as long as you renew within 30 days of your pass ending. When the seats are gone, the year is the Annual pass.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of buying a pass and we'll refund it in full. No need to give a reason.

Securely through Ziina, a UAE payments provider. Ziina handles your card details; we never see or store them. You'll get a receipt by email.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in UAE dirhams and include any VAT that applies.
How does the free week work?
Hear your first phrase and take a first lesson, then keep your progress with a code we email you. That starts 7 days of full access, and we don't ask for a card. When the week ends nothing is charged, and you decide whether to buy a pass.
